Return Disclaimer/Policies
If you are unsatisfied with your returnable item for any reason, simply send it and a copy of the receipt back to us within 20 days of arrival for a full refund. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All items wanting to be returned must have original seal tag on them and should not be removed. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. All items are inspected upon shipping and guaranteed first quality merchandise.
International Orders
We accept international returns and they are subject to the same restrictions as domestic orders.
Damaged / Defective Goods
At CrescendoUSA, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. But if you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at customerservice@crescendousa.com to be eligible for a refund.
- Place your items to be returned and your original receipt in the box it was shipped in
- Return packages must be postmarked no later than 20 days from date of original delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
